Cleaning & Care Instructions: Clean our equipment using cleaning methods and detergents recommended by Life Fitness in the respective operating instructions. Damage caused by defective or improper cleaning is excluded from the guarantee and warranty.
The customer is responsible for freight, packaging, and other expenses associated with product returns. All units must be shipped in the original box and arrive in sellable condition. Do not ship any unit without a return authorization number. All units arriving without a return authorization number or arriving with damage will be refused and no refund will be issued.
If there are any cosmetic defects on arrival, please contact us within a week of delivery so we can fix the issue. If we are not notified within a week, it will not be covered.
