During office hours our office staff aim to answer all calls personally within 3 rings, however during busy periods there is an answer machine facility and our staff will respond to your message within 10 minutes.

99% of repair requests are responded to by our engineers on the same working day. We aim to repair on site subject to parts and equipment.
