Having your Medical Equipment serviced on an annual basis is highly recommended not only by us but by the manufacturers themselves. Many of our products come with extended parts warranties (*subject to the condition that the equipment is serviced regularly by the supplier). Equipment such as X-ray generators need to be inspected annually in keeping with RCVS regulations.

We have an extensive stock of spare parts at our Engineering Centre for both current and many discontinued products We always try to repair rather than replace when possible. We aim to get your equipment operational as quickly as we can. We prioritise breakdown calls when equipment is not working and will always endeavour to get an Engineer to you the next working day. If we are unable to do so, we have loan equipment that we can provide to get you up and running until we can repair your equipment. We also offer all of our customer’s free telephone advice between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

We have a team of highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineers based throughout the country, supported by our Customer Services Team who provide telephone advice and assistance.

We have a highly skilled and experienced team of Engineers strategically placed to allow us to offer a rapid response across the UK. Our Engineers have manufacturers training on all the products we sell including; X-Ray generators, CR and DR Digital Systems, Ultrasound, Monitors, Anaesthetic Machines, Autoclaves, Diathermy, Dental and much more. We carry out works indentified within the latest manufacturer service bulletin and will replace all “service parts.”

Customer Services Team Our Customer Services Teams provide Telephone Support, Assistance and Organise Engineer visits when required. Most of our team has been in the Veterinary and Medical Equipment field for years, enabling them to use their knowledge and expertise to help.
