User's recommendation: Pray that u never need to return your part . U can’t even talk to a real person to get your issues resolved.

This of course was a lie, after a couple weeks my order finally shipped. So after a little over 6 weeks, I finally got my order. I then began receiving calls, texts and emails stating anything from "my payment has failed, and call them because my order is waiting to be shipped " to "I need to pay or they will send collections after me". Within four weeks they contacted me over a dozen times and yet in the month after placing my order, they couldn't bother to contact me once, or simply send the parts I ordered.

I could not get a live person on the phone. I couldnt even get my chat question answered, then I got a text to rate my experience

Saw the good price for a part....Placed the order.....Took my CC# on line then crickets. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a front end kit and then installed it. After two weeks it wore out they sent me a new one right away. Then a few weeks later the driver's side went bad...still waiting

Not only did it take a long time to receive package and then it was not the item I ordered. Should have received two horns (one high tone and one low tone) but only received one low tone after all I went through just to get the order shipped.

ok I want to tell you that they sent me the rear spoiler but they didn't send it to me painted it came first and I don't want it like it is in the photo I sent the seller the paint code and the vin# which is 6c I want to return it and my refund of my money and it also took a while to send the product I will not buy from you again it is not fair that they do not send what it is

I need my parts or my money back plus money for the storage of my truck it's been a month. And they don't answer the phones at all.

I received a message saying that my order was delivered. But when i went to check for package i was disappointed that there was no package.

Can't get in touch with customer service. I need to speak to human being id understand in email. N I need a refund because I do need the part but it was just the wrong one.

Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Layout of Store. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.

Placed order and after a month went by and still had not received my order, or been contacted in any way, I called to see when I would receive it. I was told they didn't have a part in stock and would have to order it, it would take up to a month for it to come in. They claimed to have emailed me, but I did not find any email. So I placed an order and they didn't bother to actually order the parts or contact me, and it's going to be and month till I get it.

I have found 8phone numbers only to get the run around. I have emailed with no answers. I have chatted with nothing being done . This is totally not ok.
