John and Sandy have sold their lake home and moving from the area.  Items include ATV, Trailers, Boat & Pontoons and Pontoon Trailer, Tools, Shop Equipment, Lawn Equipment

Special Terms for Firearms.  Firearms that need to be shipped will be transferred by a licensed FFL's. A $25 handling  Fee will be charged for each firearm purchased..  The Purchaser is responsible for the  additional shipping, as well as any transfer fees charged.  Winning purchasers will be given instructions and additional information following the auction.

Please note that Items need  to be picked up during these times as the property has been sold and the new owners are taking possession shortly after the auction.

Scheduled Pick Up Friday September 16th from  9:00 AM until 4:00 PM,  and Saturday September 17th 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM By Appointment.
