As service is a priority to Acotis we will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it was placed, subject to your item(s) being in stock and that your order was placed in our system before 3pm (Monday - Friday). We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

No refund of postage will be given if this service is not used. Sale items & Overseas orders are excluded from our Free Returns Service and will need to be returned at the cost of the purchaser.
