The powerful Quaderna Via Crianza Navarra D.O. from Spain is a single-varietal wine, organically vinified from the Tempranillo grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the vegan produced Quaderna Via Crianza Navarra D.O. is aged for a few more months in oak barriques. Once the wine is finished, the Quaderna Via Crianza Navarra D.O. is gently harmonized.
