You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and have the purchase price refunded. If you decide to withdraw within 14 days of your purchase and you have not made a booking using your Avis Preferred Drive membership, we will refund you the full amount of your membership. If you have already used your Avis Preferred Drive membership to make a booking within 14 days of purchase and no rental has occurred, we will refund you the full amount of your Avis Preferred Drive membership. All your bookings made with Avis Preferred Drive will then be cancelled. In this case we refer you to the “Terms and Conditions” section of this page.
