Like all NavPods, 70° PedestalPods are designed to resist impacts, vibration and moisture ingress, and are crafted with a thick gauge, UV-stable acrylic capped ABS material designed specifically to provide structural stability. The NavPod housing incorporates a double gasket system that provides an excellent watertight seal to keep spray off of electrical connections, thus ensuring the reliability and longevity of marine electronics. Electronic displays easily flush mount into the precut housing and all wires and connections are routed internally through the pedestal base.

Fluid paint can spill before, during, and after collection. To avoid messes, we require that all paint be dried before we can accept it as trash.
If your paint is still in usable condition and has not been frozen, bring it to our Household Hazardous Waste facility at the Shady Grove Processing Facility and Transfer Station for reuse. We place usable paint into our Paint Giveaway, where Montgomery County residents may pick it up for free.
We accept dried-out latex and water-based paint in your regular trash, and as trash at our Shady Grove Processing Facility and Transfer Station.
PedestalPod 70° models are better than bracket mounting. Every PedestalPod 70° model is available in two different heights–a 3.25″ base model which positions the electronic display at 7″ above the deck, and an 8.25″ base model which positions the display at 12″ above the deck. Both base height variations place the screen an ideal 70° viewing angle. The tough and rugged black powder coated aluminum pedestal is 4″ in diameter with a 6.5″ round base, and is designed to accomodate the latest displays from 9″ to 16″ screens. The convenient 360° swivel allows a completely customized position, gives anglers easy access to the fishfinder/chartplotter and allows boat covers to fit over the 70° PedestalPod with ease.
