We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@homehealthstore.ca  and we will send you a return label.

Special ordered items are non-returnable nor refundable - We won't cancel any special orders after client agreed to the wait time of the product

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.

A well-maintained bed is key for quality resident care and extends the life of your equipment. Just have your bed's manufacturer, model, and serial number ready as you shop.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund,
