1. Write down all job record information the operator wishes to keep. Update the DCP software to the most current version available on the Harvest Tec website.Delete all existing jobs by selecting all in the download screen and pressing delete.

-Battery may be drained. Plug iPad into your computer or AC adapter and see if anything happens. The iPad will recognize it has been connected to a power source and charge its battery. -Screen may be dirty. Clean screen. Unplug everything, turn off iPad and with soft, lint-free, slightly damp cloth gently wipe screen. Do NOT use window cleaners and paper towels.

-Reset your iPad. Press the “Sleep/Wake” button and the “Home” button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. This reset will not damage your files.
