I work on darn near everything as an independent BMET. The idea of a one stop shop for parts sounds good. But a decade frustrations with PartSource is coming to a head. I've never had so many problems with a vendor. The current issue is they couldn't send me a part because Steris didn't know me under my current business name. (Why that mattered I still don't know) I canceled the order and just bought the part from Steris directly. Then a week later PartSource sent the part anyway and charged me for it. 2.5 months after they received the part back and they still haven't issues a refund.
