They stock genuine Volvo Penta parts. The parts are (almost) always in stock. Packing and shipping times are excellent and I always get what I order. That's not always the case with other suppliers I've dealt with.My latest order included an odd part that wasn't in stock. The website let me know and I agreed to the order. Customer service emailed me almost immediately to let me know and offered options for the rest of the order. Making sure the customer is fully informed in a timeless manner is the sign of a company that cares. Great experience! Again!

Wrong item sent. Asked to keep item sent, rather than going through return process on heavy item. Asked to have credit card credited for the difference. Told by customer service that she would check & see if possible. Never received a response.
