Some of the items which we supply (Batteries, Chargers, Lubricants and Oils) are considered hazardous when shipped. As such we need to take extra measures to ensure your order arrives safely. All ex-stock orders for Hazardous Items must be received before 1:00PM in order to be dispatched the same day. Our delivery charges for hazardous items are as follows:

Ex-stock orders placed before 3:00PM (1:00PM for Hazardous Items) will be ready for collection immediately from our Bradford office or from 12:00PM (noon) the next working day at our London^ office. Orders placed after our cut-off will not be processed until the following working day unless otherwise confirmed by Shorts at the time of ordering. Availability and lead time of non ex-stock items will be confirmed within your Order Confirmation.
