Calipsa pricing is completely transparent. Our pricing is based on a monthly fee per camera which is determined by different pricing bands dependant on how many cameras you have. Simply put, the more cameras you add, the cheaper the cost per camera. For more information on our pricing, contact us.
Calipsa is compatible with Immix, Sentinel and Webeye platforms. We also support platforms that can receive email alerts.

A ‘true’ alarm is when Calipsa detects a moving person or vehicle. A ‘false’ alarm is when Calipsa doesn’t detect any human or vehicle motion; including animal movement, lighting changes, shadows, foliage in the wind, and so on.

Calipsa takes 1-5 seconds to process an alarm. The average processing time is 0.8 - 1.2 seconds, however for some brands (i.e. Dahua and Hikvision PTZ’s), the processing time may be closer to 5 seconds depending on network speed on the site. This is because Calipsa needs to go back to the device to extract the images.
Yes! When you create a site on Calipsa, it will generate a configuration email which you will need to input into your camera/NVR/DVR’s receiver settings. All the cameras will be automatically added when the first alarm is triggered on each camera. You can also add each camera individually.
