You can order your repeat medication online 24 hours a day.  You must allow 2 working days for this to be processed. No acute medication can be ordered. Please be aware that requesting medication via the free text box will not be authorised. You will need to request them in writing or via a pharmacy of your choice.

The Parks Medical Centre has been offering online booking and cancelling of appointments as well as requesting repeat medication since April 2015.

If you choose to access your full medical records this will include your coded records. To access the on-line service you can register using the ‘Click here Now’ links above, you can telephone the surgery or you can complete the form below and bring it to the surgery.

You can cancel your appointment online 24 hours a day up to 2 hours before your appointment. Please be aware that access will be removed if you fail to turn up for appointments that you have booked online.
