This box contains any leaks that may occur from open lead-acid batteries and its tough construction protects against accidental damage to the battery and terminal connections.  The lid stops debris and dirt building up and, importantly, protects against accidental shorting of the battery terminals.

The box has moulded-in handles for easy carrying and the lid features 6 entry/exit points for cables, allowing a good deal of flexibility in routing your connections. The lid also incorporates vents to allow gases to escape that might build up during charging.

The maximum size battery that will fit in this box is 320 (L) x 180 (W) mm and up to 225mm in height (to the top of the terminals). This covers most batteries up to around 105Ah capacity.
