Santa will be saving all of his presents for when he delivers them on Christmas Eve but all boys and girls will receive a Lindt chocolate gift at the end of the experience.

Available on all sessions when accompanied by a paying adult. All free child tickets must be pre-booked, subject to availability. Under 2's are not permitted to use the snow slides. To add under 2 tickets, please complete your booking and then forward your e-ticket confirmation to guestservices@snowdome.co.uk with the amount of under 2's required, we will confirm back to you once complete.

The session lasts approximately 90 minutes. This includes 30 minutes playing in the real snow, 20 minutes watching Santa in the brand new stage show and 30 minutes in Santa's animal village.

Santa himself takes you on a magical journey in the all new mini pantomime, featuring the timeless tale of Jack & the Beanstalk! Along with Rudolf, you'll meet larger than life characters as you climb the towering beanstalk, outwit the giant and discover a world of adventure. We accept payment via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C. It’s minimal amount required for L/C. For small orders of samples, it’s acceptable by Western Union and PayPal.

Stroll through Santa's Christmas village and make some new furry friends! Take a spin on the classic children's carousel, snap a photo by the grand Christmas tree and pen your letter to the big man in red to drop in his magical talking post box.
