Find a friend in japan who has dmm and ask them to gift to you (Gifting works even if you delete dmm) (please note you can't gift to a none dmm player from a dmm player opposite does not work to)
You say you contacted DMM, but are you using Warthunder (DMM) support? Contacting DMM headquarters will probably not be able to help you. Why don't you try contacting DMM's Warthunder support desk or Gaijin support again?

Regrettably I cannot find the responses from Japanese support but they essentially are the same. I honestly don't know what else I can do on that front. I did contact Warthunder DMM support. DMM linked them in a reply at the time. But I suppose all I can do is just try again.
In the past, some users have abused DMM's preferential treatment (you can purchase boosters for events for a fee), so it is quite difficult to unlink your DMM and Gaijin accounts.
2) If there is absolutely no way to get my account unlinked, is there a way to purchase and use DMM points for my Gaijin.net purchases?

I have made some headway with Japanese Gaijin in trying to sort this out. They finally have finally sent a response asking me for information (like my address, dxdiag files, and some other stuff). I think they may be finally looking into it for me. I'm crossing my fingers that they will actually unlink my account!

I still have my DMM account, I read their warning about account deletion and decided that it wasn't in my best interest to make my problem go away. I've gone through every setting on DMM and FAQ to find a solution and sadly nothing has helped.
So I was in Japan for work for a few years and reasonably I wanted to keep playing War Thunder. While playing the game I naturally wanted to purchase GE from the store, or packs, just to keep things interesting or help with the grind. In order to do that in Japan I need to link my account to DMM, gaijin had changed the policy on the store so that all Japanese purchases had to be made through DMM. Which is understandable I guess. Funny thing is that I never actually made a purchase on their website. Fast forward to today I moved back to the United States and my account is still linked. The problem with that is that I am no longer located in Japan and all monetary services have been locked because of my location. Everything on the Gaijin.net store is unobtainable for me because they still require me to use DMM points. But it doesn't give me a link to those points when I actually select a package to purchase (see attached photos). I have contacted support to help resolve these issues and have been roadblocked by both the Gaijin US, Japanese, and DMM support teams. Gaijin US said that this is an issue for DMM. DMM said they cannot view specific game services and to contact the game support team (Japanese Gaijin). I contacted the Japanese support and they referred me to DMM and it all goes in one big circle. I'm at my wits end on what to do.
Honestly, I suffer from this issue as well. It makes me really get distorted away from the game as I am not even able to perform purchases even though they are the ones who will benefit from getting paid. Its frustrating. Im trying the method of sending ticket from dmm war thunder link. Hopefully it could assist me

1. Contacted DMM's Warthunder support desk and provided a reason why they went out of the country and proved that they are out of the country.
There are several users on the Japanese forums who are in the same situation as you (they left Japan for overseas) and have succeeded in unlinking their DMM accounts.
just asking because a few players had (and maybe still have ?!) this issue but they deleted their DMM accounts so DMM refused them their support
In either of the following solutions, you will need to prove that you were really in Japan and that you are currently out of the country.

Here are some advice I have unless you deleted you account. Dmm warthunder support could take 1-2 month to reply. Give DMM acuuret information or they will decline saying the investigation with Gaijin diden't match(which takes long time). During this time please DO NOT USE ANY VPN for warthunder. And as dmm support do provide unlinking prosses to OUTSIDERS but please do not show any edivience that your in japan(like using a VPN connected to japan) or it could crash the process stateing your in japan.

The only way to unlink your account from DMM is via DMM support. If they are unable to assist you, then, unfortunately, your account will have to stay linked to DMM.

1) I can try again with contacting War Thunder Japan again and explain it to them in detail but I have already done this on several occasions. I worded them differently but had the same core message in each support ticket that I was only in Japan for work and now I am not. All 3 tickets they basically gave me the same answer. They cannot do anything or contact DMM.
2. Explained to Gaijin that they are not currently in Japan and why they are not in Japan, and that their partnership with DMM is preventing them from paying their bills.

Hello I am a japanese who left japan and who deleted the dmm account making me unable to unlink. If you still have your dmm account you still have some chance to unlink it. Since 2021 the system to dmm linked gaijin account seemed to have changed from gaijin support to dmm support. I have fought with dmm support for about 1 year without successes.
