I was surprised. I own a Weber but I bought this inexpensive $120.00 bbq grill for our second home. It worked great. It started with any assistance (match, lighter, etc). The only negative would be no catch pan underneath.

What an exceptional value! This grill was purchased as part of an impulsive buy during a Memorial Day promotion, on sale at Home Depot for an extremely low price (50% off) - which truthfully caused some initial hesitation. Bottom line, I could not conceive that a $99 grill could possibly be so well constructed and perform so splendidly. I had accepted that I would be making yet another "temporary" investment in a grill that would be a significant performance disappointment, degrade quickly, and ultimately require a new purchase within a couple of years.

Purchased Model DGF510SBP, 5-Burner Gas grill, 5 years ago at Home Depot. Grill's fine, that part is Good. BAD is that even AFTER keeping it covered, the frame itself rusted and broke at various joints of the frame. Literally sways when you touch it, it's about ready to collapse. Used yesterday for the last time. Will be junked. Outside grill, main point is to withstand sitting outside. Stay away from this junk.

I bought this grill three years ago and have used it about a half dozen times a year. I clean it after each use and cover it. Even so, everything inside has rusted to dust. This is a piece of junk grill. Look elsewhere for something that will last.

First time using the grill, opening it, the handle gets extremely hot. Called the company and they said it does get hot and to wear gloves. Had grills all my life, never dealt will a handle that ever got too hot to touch. In the summer going to have to wear gloves just to cook on the grill unexc.

I bought the 7 burner grill about 5 years ago. While barbecuing I heard a loud bang. Looked at the grill. Did not see anything at first. When the grilling was done I went to turn off the gas and I saw lying on the floor a long flat piece of aluminum. As I proceeded to turn off the gas the knob to turn off the gas was burning hot as was the grill tank. We got super lucky, apparently the heat shield rusted off and fell. This left the grill exposed to all that heat. We were told that we were very lucky the gas grill did not explode and kill someone and burn down our home from a massive explosion. Do not buy a grill from this company. From my experience these grills can be life threatening. Lastly they do not even list a phone number on their website to call if you have an issue. To me that sounds like, "You can buy our stuff but we don't want to hear from you."

On the contrary - the 3-burner SEAR design performs amazingly well, and the grill is constructed with a superior level of craftsmanship, incorporating an overall design and detail specifications that are simply not typically found in comparable models of a nominal price by any other manufacturer. I am profoundly impressed and offer my highest recommendation and enthusiastic personal endorsement for Dyna-Glo Grills.

We got our Dyna-Glo BBQ grill at Home Depot and it was the best decision we ever made. We bought it pre-assembled and just popped it in our truck. It’s spacious and cooks our food evenly. I highly recommend it.

This is a very dangerous grill. Thank goodness I was near the grill when it happened. Had it been a propane tank then there would have been major damage to my neighbour's house. The flames were shooting out the nob that turns on and regulates the gas flow.

Bought a BBQ new two years ago. The paint on the lid caught on fire the first time I used it. They sent me a new top end for the BBQ. Thermometer broke about a month later (the needle just spins) and has terrible temperature control. Two years into ownership and the thing is rusted out beyond the point where I can use it safely. The burner deflectors have dissolved, as well as the steel plate below them. BBQ has been stored under a cover when not used. Manufacturer doesn’t care. Cheap Chinese garbage that they refuse to stand behind.

I bought this grill a year ago and I am very happy with it. It doesn’t take long at all to get it to a high heat and it’s just the right size cooking surface! Overall I’m very happy with my purchase! I highly recommend!
