Micah Projects invites you to celebrate the launch of the Health, Home, Hope research report on the Inclusive Health and Wellness Hub (a collaboration with the University of Queensland), and the reconvening of the Homeless to Home (H2H) Healthcare Network.

This event will showcase a participant produced Health Home Hope photography exhibit by persons with lived experience of homelessness who were prompted to photograph what health looks, feels like and means to them. The exhibition will be followed by guest speakers and a networking afternoon tea.

The reconvened network will promote collaboration and planning across sectors to improve services access that is person-centred, recovery-oriented and designed to augment the efforts of those who are supporting people to exit hospital, prison and emergency accommodation.

The reinvigorated bi-monthly H2H Healthcare network aims to strengthen the interagency response and integrated approach to delivering health and social care for people at risk of and/or experiencing homelessness.Â

Invitees will include health service providers and practitioners, representatives across the supportive housing sector, corrections, policy makers and key stakeholders across NGO services and Government.
