When I recently placed an order for a stylus with LP Tunes, they promptly followed up with the status on my order. It turns out that the product that I was looking for wasn't available. However, they promptly provide options for a replacement. I was impressed with their personal service that I then went ahead and upgraded to an enhanced stylus as well as I decided to order two stylus - so I have one as a "back up". Seemed like a random part that I would have a difficult time locating. They had the belt in stock and it shipped the next day. Received in good order, installed it and it's working perfectly. Thank you 👍
