The planet of Gunge has always had aquatic lifeforms but as the lifeforms around it evolved with the passage of time, the water its self seemed to evolve along with the other life around it, eyes began to form, limbs of its own took shape. The Coolix sprang from the waters of their origins, and quickly dominated these regions. They soon found and met with the other species of Coolix and became friends with them. The Coolix live in harmony with eachother and Gunge.

The Coolix's bodies are gelatinous but keep together by a smooth membrane usually humanoid shape and are either green, blue, purple or red with finger tips being the negative color and each color of Coolix having different attributes, appearances and appetites. Their eyes can be any color but the most common are orange or yellow and the rarest of colors is black and white. Their bodies are completely maluable and can slither and slide into any surface or crevice, the most amazing trait about them is their ability to consume virtually anything and turn it into energy as Its brain and digestive processes are entirely liquid. While different colors of Coolix can eat other types of food outside their diet, they would prefer their main diet choices.

The only land based Coolix and seem to have been spawned from the very oasises that they gather around, though they have been known to travel in the ocean to visit their different colored friends. They have a appetite for plants and other plant based food. Their bodies are the only ones that arnt humanoid but are more blob shaped with arms at the sides. Visitors to Gunge seem to like to talk and hang around these Coolix, either because of their cute bodies or they know they wont end up eating them for lunch.

Spawned from the oceans south of the equator, their main diet consists of meats and various other animal based products, they are carnivores and their favorite type of meat is fish. They are more dexterous than normal coolix and their bodies have obtuse angled pointed ears on their head, have fangs and sharp looking hands.

The strangest Coolix but the most important, they spawned from the waters along and in the middle of the equator. They seem to have a appetite for waste and various throw away objects, becoming the ecosystem's garbage disposals and are the only type of the coolix that eat this way. They seem to recognize and catalog the same kind of trash and sometimes like to collect them, if this behavior is food preservation or a hobby no one knows. Their bodies are completely plain with no special features.

Language between Coolix is a series of waves, and wiggling of their bodies but they have been found to learn foreign and alien languages with ease, though with a heavy aquatic accent. The Coolix are a species that has quite a appetite, because of this the Coolix are the apex predators of Gunge and play a important role in maintaining the ecosystem.

They are omnivores, eating either plants or meats, they spawned from north of the equator. They seem to be able to lift heavier objects and seek and kill larger prey, due to the density of their liquid in their bodies. Their bodies have slightly curved upwards horns on their heads, a spiral negative colored tail and are generally thicker bodies than the other colors

The Coolix are a amorphous, usually humanoid species made up of some kind of strange liquid that inhabit the planet of Gunge made of 80% water and is a extremely large planet (about the size of 2 jupiters), most lifeforms are aquatic based and the ones that are land based are a minority. Though most land is desert islands close to the equator, oasis's and jungles appear more often than a usual earth desert with various trees and fruits and vegetables spawning from these areas and The Coolix love these spots to relax especially the red color ones. Gunge is orbited by the twin moons around the same size; around the size of Venus: Fresin, thats surface is a barren tundra with raging blizzards appearing often and Hydia, thats surface is dotted with always active volcanos and lava pools.
