A mobile C-Arm is a medical imaging machine that is based on X-ray technology. The name derives from the C-shaped arm used to connect the x-ray source and x-ray detector to one another. C-arm have radiographic capabilities, though it is used for fluoroscopic intraoperative imaging during orthopedic, surgical and emergency care procedure. It provides high resolution X-ray image in real time, thus allowing the physician to monitor progress and immediately make corrections.
