We offer a nationwide service visiting you onsite with no call out fee at your GP practice, care home, occupational health centre, ambulance station etc. We will always help wherever possible at no extra cost if you require our services outside of normal working hours ie evenings and weekends.

We also offer a full PAT testing service either as a separate service or on the day of your calibration. We will only test appliances that need to be checked. High risk items need to be checked every 12 months and some IT equipment can be left for up to 5 years. Please contact us if you are unsure of your responsibilities. If you need medical equipment testing and calibration then Forest Medical with their team of fully trained accredited engineers can help you. They are also EBME manufacturer trained.

You can expect your engineer to arrive on time and be courteous and helpful. The equipment to be tested does not need to be all together in one room or brought to our engineers by one of your workforce. Our engineers will fetch and carry the equipment from room to room and ensure that the equipment is returned to the correct place. You can leave us to it and we aim to be as inconspicuous as possible. Your results will be sent to you electronically on the day of calibration and these will satisfy any CQC requirements and ensure you are GMS compliant.
