Inside the box is the headset, a 2-meter long charging cable, and the transmitter (Logitech calls it the receiver). Really, that's all there is to it – assembly not required, and battery included!

There it is. Not much more to do other than plug the receiver into a USB port, wait a moment for any driver updates, and off you go. On the right is a close-up view of the receiver. It looks very much like a USB flash drive. That being said, if you want to get the full experience, you will need to download the Logitech G software so you can take full advantage of the headset's capabilities.

Logitech is well known for computer keyboards and mice. Who hasn't been exposed to the sweet bread-and-butter standard of Logitech? But Logitech has more to offer, such as the recently reviewed Circle 2 Security Camera. When you add the Logitech G series of gaming components to the mix, such as the G513 gaming keyboard, that roster expands even further.

The mic boom is on the left side of the headset and easily lowers into position. There is an audible beep to let you know when the boom has been raised or lowered. The side ear cups are soft and removable for cleaning. There is also an upper soft foam band around the top for head comfort.
