Our standard delivery service is next working day. Subject to stock availability orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. The courier used for all orders is UPS. Please note we don't deliver on UK Bank Holidays.

Damaged Items/Shortages/Picking Errors Damaged items, picking errors or shortages on an order must be reported to us within three days of receipt of the delivery. Faulty items

With the exception of Rexel and GBC Business Machines, the warranty for the first 6 months lies with Monkey Office. Please contact us by calling 0845 258 1205 or emailing us at sales@monkeyoffice.co.uk for the process.

We deliver to all of the Mainland UK post codes. We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland but these locations may be subject to extended delivery timescales (typically 48hrs).

Any furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% restock fee. This will be applied when the refund is processed. If you are not completely satisfied with a product we can arrange a return within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.

We require a signature for all deliveries so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Please also ensure that you check that the number of parcels signed for matches the number in the delivery as disputes regarding the number of parcels cannot be entered into at a later date. Please include your relevant floor number on the delivery address.

* Terra's FasTrak services limited guarantee: to ship on the ESD or date specified OR to refund up to 100% of FasTrak charges. This guarantee covers no direct, special, consequential or other damages and is strictly limited to up to 100% of the amount paid for FasTrak service. When a specified ship date is missed due to factors outside Terra's control (vendor performance, deliveries by shipping companies, etc.) and random factors such as accidents, the credit of up to 100% of the FasTrak 24/7 may not apply. FasTrak service requested after order placement will be quoted and accepted based on available time remaining before required ship date.

Returns for all items excluding furniture products are free of charge and MonkeyOffice.co.uk aim to make the process as simple as possible.

We are also unable to accept returns for postage stamps. We may accept returns after fourteen days but at our discretion and credit may not be 100% value due to the cost of restocking. To make a return please seal the item in the original packaging and email sales@monkeyoffice.co.uk or call us on 0845 258 1205 with the reason for return, product code, quantity and order number. Business machines cannot be resold if the box has been opened, therefore you cannot return a business machine once it has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged.
