Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us shall be borne by you.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

To create a durable and high quality product, we recommend a distance between seams of a maximum of 20cm. As it is a natural product, to avoid shrinkage, we recommend soaking the batting, prior to use, in hot water for 20 minutes. Please do not wring when wet, only squeeze gently and allow to dry flat.

279 Cotton Mix 80/20 is a needle punched wadding made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester. It has the added support of a scrim binder, allowing an excellent combination of a soft feel and a lightweight construction whilst still providing stability and support.

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible.
