We were not disappointed by this mattress topper. My husband has MND and struggles to turn in bed. Consequently, his hips and legs ache after lying in one position. We were struggling to find a solution and, I have to say as a last resort, purchased the Panda mattress topper as we thought nothing was going to help. I wish we had bought it months ago. It supports him perfectly and relieves the aches in his hips and back. It's, cool and comfortable for me too. He gets a much better sleep and, as a result so do I. It was easy to unpack, just took a few hours to expand before we could use it, with no nasty chemical smells, which we experienced with our very expensive Memory foam mattress. I would recommend this topper to anyone without hesitation.
