Import duties which are set by the tarrif code we declare. Tarrif rates are normally published on government websites. "Free trade agreements" affect this and for EU customers there are no duties as tarrifs are set at zero for goods like our wheels that originate in the U.K. Goods that originate in the E.U  and are exported back yo the E.U attract tarriffs. Good made outside the e.u and sold into the E.U attract tarrifs. The declared value in GDP will be converted to your countries currency by the monthly rate published by your tax authority.

The import charges you will face are and these will be levied by the shipping carrier or by your customs authority in advance of delivery. Customs clearance will add to shipping times.

Low maintenance yet high performance energy saving pond pump with digital motor technology for waterfalls and filters. The digital controller will detect when the motor is clogged or jammed. It will pause the pump and display scrolled text to advise you of the problem and of any necessary action required to rectify. When the clogging is removed the pump can safely restart. The run dry protection system will detect low water level. The scrolled display will advise you to top up the water and let you know it is safe to restart. The flexible power usage control and display allows you to stop start, increase or decrease power and flow at the push of a button for optimum performance and maximum energy saving. When the pump is turned on the flow will softly increase to its pre-set position. This reduces pump wear and reduces stresses on pipework and filters fitted to the system decreasing the risk of leaks and damage. Orders placed in the afternoon normally get sent the next workday where possible. Orders placed before noon are often sent the same day but this is not guaranteed.

Delivery Time Items are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually dispatched the day following the order. Orders made after noon on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (except Bank Holidays which will be the following Tuesday). Standard delivery will take 2-3 working days following dispatch. Express delivery will usually take 1 working day following dispatch. Express deliveries to highlands & islands, NI and offshore UK will usually take 2-3 working days following dispatch.

A word of warning once an parcel has been shipped any import charges are your reponsibility. Refusal to pay these charges to the parcel carrier mean you loose the right to an automatic refund. We refund at our discretion minus any charges we are levied by the parcel carrier. These charges cannot be disputed by us. We also reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on top of any charges applied to us for the return of the parcel. Therefore once shipped charges must be paid. We can accept no liability if the parcel is lost after charges have been refused to be paid.
