There's several parts down below that could have gotten bent or broken. Your best bet is to remove the whole top and then the plastic cover over the bottom section to visualize what's going on. If you have a Stryker account, you can access their web page and download their service manual (assuming it's not in the Documents tab to your left).

You can raise the shroud and get a look at the guts without removing the top.  Just raise it to max, and either tie it up or put something under. But unless it something drastic happened, it's much more likely to be just a worn cam, brake ring or something in the cams  is loose

I think you need to remove the pressure cylinder. I've had the same problem with my 425 and there is a screen on the cylinder that must be cleaned. To remove the cylinder, do all the disassembly in the owners manual. Then get a short piece of 2x4 or 2x2. Place the end of the 2x4 on the pressure cylinder through the top of the tank. Give it a good whack with the hammer. It may take more than one good whack to free it, but it will come loose. Then inspect/clean the screen. You are going to have to use some force to get it back in. Turn the sprayer upside down, insert the pressure cylinder, lay the 2x4 across the bottom of the pressure cylinder and use even force to tap it back in. Stop when you get to the O ring collar and do the rest by hand being careful not to pinch the O ring. It may help to lube the O ring with vaseline.

Chabunga offered really good info...except for the suggestion to use Vaseline on the 'O' ring. NEVER use Vaseline on anything rubber, because it is a petroleum based product and it will cause the ring to deteriorate. Use a non-petroleum based lubricant instead.

Hi there There are many possible reasons for your sprayer not pressurizing. If the pump lever is moving freely and does not seem to be building pressure while pumping it is possible that the O-ring at the valve is damaged, the seal in the pressure regulator is leaking, the piston or the collar is worn. Any of these problems will require disassembly of the unit and inspection of each part. If you do feel resistance building as you pump but quickly loose pressure you likely have leaks in the diaphram, it's seal, the pressure cylinder or the tank itself. If you are comfortable disassembling the unit and inspecting the parts for wear or damage most of the individual replacement parts are fairly easy to replace and readily available online from Solo or at many retail outlets and supply companies.
