In-stock items that can be delivered by FedEx are typically dispatched within 24 hours of the time you place an order. Where possible, we aim to offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Thur.

Your order will be shipped via our courier partner FedEx. This excludes greeting cards and small items which are sent by first-class post. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 1pm the same day, on a next working day delivery service.
